Benson, Dorothy V. "Dottie" (nee Gabbard), beloved wife of Charles
N. Benson, dear mother of Donald E. Gilbert and Barbara R.
Leatherman, devoted grandmother of Deena Golden, Patrick W.
Gilbert, Shane T. Leatherman and Penny Jones, also survived by nine
great grandchildren, dear sister of Elvira Nixon and preceded in
death by five sisters and six brothers. Tuesday, February 16, 2010
age 80 years. Resident of Goshen, Twp. Friends may call at Evans
Funeral Home, 1944 State Route 28, Goshen, Friday, February 19th
from 5 PM until time of Goshen Chapter #382 O.E.S. services at 7:30
PM. Funeral services in the funeral home, Saturday, February 20th
at 10 AM. Dottie was a Past Matron of Loveland Chapter #289 O.E.S.
and belonged to the Order of Kentucky Colonels. Memorials may be
directed to the American Lung Association.
