Lewis Francis Sheldon age 86 of Goshen, died Thursday, February 18,
2010 at Clermont Mercy Hospital in Batavia. He was born August 16,
1923 in Oliver Springs, TN the son of Raymond L. and Maggie Lee
Oshell Sheldon. He was a spray painter for Nutone Corp. and a
veteran of WWII and the Korea Conflict. He was preceded in death by
his wife Jewel Beal Sheldon and survived by his children, Harry
Sheldon, Lorena Pyle, Randy Sheldon, Bobby Sheldon, Fred Sheldon,
and Ginger Stacy, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren,
sister Patricia Shank. Along with his wife he was preceded in death
by 3 brothers and 1 sister. Services will be 12:00 noon, Tuesday,
February 23, 2010 at the Evans Funeral Home in Milford with
visitation from 11:00 AM until the time of service. The American
Legion will be holding a service at 12:30PM Burial will be
Evergreen Cemetery in Miamiville.
