Mary Nell Rose, age 67 of Miami Township, died February 24, 2010 at
Bethesda North Hospital. She was born February 28, 1942 in
Brilliant, Alabama the son of Samuel L. and Loni Lee Foster Pratt.
Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband,
James Edward Rose. She was a homemaker and retail clerk at
McAlpin's in Cherry Grove for 17 years. She loved the Lord and was
a member of the Open Door Baptist Church in Anderson. She is
survived by her daughters and son-in-law, Connie Schatzman, Debra
and Patrick Hackathorn, grandchildren, Lauren P. Schatzman, Christa
M. Sydnor, Charles Edward, Rebecca Faith and Patrick Hackathorn
Jr., great-grandchildren, Hayley, Natalie, Vivian H. and Patrick
Hackathorn III, Brianna, James and Jacob Sydnor, brothers, Leon,
L.C., Acie, M.C., sisters, Eula, Shelby Jean, Ethelene and
Ruby.
She was preceded in death by brothers, Eule, Louie, Brady, Marshall
and twin Mary Lynn. Services will be 2:00 PM Monday, March 1, 2010
at Evans Funeral Home in Milford. Family and friends may call
Monday, 1:00 until the time of service at 2:00 PM. Pastor Patrick
Hachathorn will officiate. Burial will follow in Graceland Memorial
Gardens, Deerfield Rd. in Milford.
