Jay Paul Books, age 66, of Goshen died June 30, 2010 at the
Clermont Nursing and Convelscent Center in Milford. He was born
August 18, 1943 the son of Edwin and Muriel Barre Books. He was a
graduate of Williamsburg High School and worked in heat treat at
Cincinnati Steel with 35 years of service. On September 20, 1974 he
married Barbara Bennett Books who survives along with his daughter,
Connie Harris, step daughter, Michele Buchanan, grandchildren,
Teresa Knight, Spencer Elliott, Cole Harris, Cheryl Buchanan, great
grandchildren, Kyle Elliott and Cadance Buchanan, brothers, Tad and
Danny Books sisters, Polly Shafer and Julie Crank. Services will be
held 3:00 PM Monday, July 5, 2010 at Evans Funeral Home in Milford.
Rev. Junior Pitman will officiate. Friends may call 1:00 until 3:00
with Edenton Lodge #332 F&AM Masonic services at 2:45
PM.
