Welch, devoted mother of Gretchen (Robert) Nichols, Stephanie (John) Busler, Cecelia (Mark) Shirley, David (Pam) Anspach and Jeanne (Ross) Vaughn, loving grandmother of Adiran, Erin, John, Anna, Matthew, Zach, Matthew and Megan, caring sister of Marianne Garrison and James Weisent; also survived by many nieces, nephews and a host of friends. Friday, July 23, 2010, age 78, residence Milford, OH. Memorial Mass, St. John the Baptist Church, 110 North Hill St., Harrison, OH 45030, family will greet friends, Evans Funeral Home, Milford, 741 Center St., Tuesday, 6 - 8 P.M.
