A quote from Carol " My classmates from the Madeira Class of 51' were a big part of my life for they welcomed me with open arms when I transferred from Sycamore High School to Madeira in 1949. They were SPECIAL and brought me much joy throughout my life with their friendship, love, care and concern for me and my family."
Carol was a leader in many clubs and organizations throughout her life, always giving to others, whether it was as an officer of the Generalettes when she worked at GE, the defensive driving chairman of the Milford Business and Professional Women's Club, a Weight Watcher's Lecturer; jewelry, cosmetic, or skin-care sales person; teacher for Milford Adult Education and at UC's OLLI (Osher Lifelong Learning Institute); Bible Study / sharing group at Milford Methodist Church.
She was especially blessed by the extended family of Toastmasters friends, in her clubs - Milford T.A.L.K. Toastmasters, TV Toastmasters, ACE Toastmasters and in District 40. She considered herself a steady student along the pathways of life. She wanted to share her experiences to help others along life's pathways to eternity with God.
