"Nic" (Nicole) Costanzo and Great- grandfather of Dean O. Costanzo. Dominic was preceded in death by his devoted wife of 62 Years, Louise D. Costanzo (nee Karpen), his parents, Marco Costanzo and Annunziata Di Siena, brothers Francesco "Frank", Pasquale "Pat" Costanzo & sisters Grace Malone and Filippa "Phyllis" Rodwan . Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Dominic, a first-generation citizen, was born in Cleveland, OH, the youngest of 5 children to Italian Immigrants from the village of Coreno Ausonio, located in the southern portion of the Lazio Province of Italy. His father passed away when Dominic was only 2 and he was raised by his older siblings.

He attended Miami University, the first of his family to attend college. Immediately after graduation, he was hired by Nationwide Insurance as an agent. Dominic worked his way up through the ranks to become a Sales Manager for several years. He opened the Costanzo Insurance Agency in 1980, starting his family business. Dominic & Louise purchased a home in Terrace Park in 1966 and became very involved in the community & their church.

Dominic's interests and hobbies were quite varied. His two passions were skeet shooting at the Milford Gun Club and his mission work with Resource Ministry Partners.

Dominic worked closely with the City of Milford and the members of the Milford Gun Club to create a family-friendly, community-friendly Skeet Shooting Club. The membership is now over 300 members and the Club participates in various civic and charitable works for the City of Milford. Dominic was himself an accomplished skeet shooter and a member of an All-American Skeet team for 10 consecutive years. He was actively shooting and registering high scores up until a week prior to his passing.

His other passion, found in his later years, was the mission and evangelism work of Resource Ministry Partners (RMP). This ministry has been led by Daniel Osoi, a Masai warrior who converted to Christianity. The Ministry has established churches, schools, water wells, and eco farms throughout the Masai territory in Africa. Dominic had served as a trustee and the Treasurer for RMP since 1999.

Sports has always played a large role in Dominic's life. A long-time Cincinnati Reds fan, he held season tickets for many years and hadn't missed an opening day in 49 consecutive years. He was a supporter of his grandson's career in high school and college baseball, rarely missing a home game.

Dominic was very active within the community. He was involved in the United Way, Community Chest, and Big Brothers. An active farmer, he had been a member of the Hamilton County Farm Bureau for many years and served on their Board of Directors for several terms.
