February 24, 1959 - January 1, 2018
Mary Elizabeth Taylor (nee Artz), age 58, of Cincinnati Ohio passed away unexpectedly at her home on January 1, 2018.
Mary grew up in Huber Heights, Ohio on Shull Road with her grandparents, parents, brothers and sisters. She liked to play with the farm kittens but hated milking the cows. She met the love of her life at a young age and they were wed on April 12, 1980.
Mary loved many things in life, but her family was always her passion. She loved being a wife, mom, and a grandma and it showed in everything she did. She was always quick to drop whatever she was doing to help out any of her children or grandchildren no matter if that task was big or small. She put love into every meal she made and every gift she selected. She loved her husband, Mike, with all of her heart and no matter how sick she got, she always worried about his health and well-being. She was his heart and he was hers. They had a love that everyone strives to have. She will be missed by all every day.
Mary leaves behind her husband of 37 years, Michael J. Taylor, her children Amanda L Harm (Michael), April N. Lester (Adam), Alan M. Taylor, Angela M Taylor and Amber M Taylor as well as her grandchildren Abigail E. Harm, Logan A Lester, Nora G Harm, Ariana G. Taylor, Cameron M. Lester, Aiden G Taylor and Lillian F. Harm. She also leaves behind her sisters Janet Wise, and Evelyn Tyler (Jim Pralett), her brothers Danny (Debbie) Artz, Paul (Carol) Artz, Edward Artz, Joseph (Melissa) Artz as well as many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Mary is preceded in death by her beloved mother and father, Edward E Artz and Mary E Artz of Dayton OH, her daughter, Ashley Elizabeth Taylor and her sister in law Deana Artz.
There will be a visitation for friends and family to say goodbye to Mary from 10am-12pm on Friday January 5, 2018 at Evans Funeral Home, 741 Center Street, Milford OH with a funeral directly following.
