PERISUTTI, Opal Pauline (nee Connor) "Pauline" - She was born on November 22, 1924 and passed away on February 9, 2021 at 96 years of age.
Pauline is the daughter of the late Olin Connor and Mabel nee Collier- Connor- Hawks and stepdaughter of the late Colon Hawks. She is the widow of Richard Lee Perisutti. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Arthur "Buck", Herbert, Frank, Bobby, and her sister, Jeanie. Also, she is preceded in death by her son Richard "Dick" Bryan, and is survived by her children, Harry (Helen) Meier, Dale Wamsley, Ronald Lee, Frank (Sarah) Perisutti, Roger (Rhonda) Lee, Tina (Mike) Scalf, and Richard Val (Sandra) Perisutti. She has 24 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren, and 21 great-great grandchildren.
Her most proud moment was when she went to South Africa to wash the feet of people and put clean socks on them so they could have gym shoes put on by the next volunteer. She was elected to attend the Democratic Convention in New York to be an Advocate for Butler County, to elect Jimmy Carter to run for President. She was also a Girl Scout Leader, Sunday School Teacher, Ombudsman for Clermont County Nursing Homes in Milford and Batavia, Ohio. She provided food when it was needed for others of her church and community when she and husband, Richard owned Edenton General Store.
Visitation will be at Evans Funeral Home - Milford 741 Center Street Milford, Ohio 45150, Friday, February 12, 2021, from 10:30 AM until time of funeral service at 11:30 AM. Rev. Les Sanders will be officiating. Burial to follow at Crown Hill Memorial Park. If desired memorial may be made in Pauline's name to Mosaic Church 894 OH-28, Milford OH 45150.
