Roger J. Rosselot age 82, of Fayetteville, passed away surrounded by his loving family, Thursday, February 28, 2019, at his home. He was born February 2, 1937 in Perry Township in Brown County, the son of the late Walter and Gertrude (nee Evans) Rosselot. Roger graduated Fayetteville High School and entered the U.S. Army and was Honorably Discharged April 1963. On September 12, 1959 Roger married Carol Sheridan-Cushing and together they carried on the family farm in Fayetteville. He was of member of the St. Angela Merici Parish - St. Patrick Chapel and the Knights of Columbus. He is survived by his wife of almost 60 years, Carol Rosselot, their children and spouses; Mark & Jennifer Rosselot, James W. & Lisa Rosselot, Kathleen M. & Mike Stratton, grandchildren; Victoria A "Tory" (Josh) Rummel, Curtis A. (Leslie) Rosselot, step grandchildren; Shannon (Tim) Mould, Christopher (Leah) Stratton, great grandchildren; Faith A. & Jacob A. Rosselot, Caroline J. & Coen D. Rummel, step great-grandchildren; Declan M. & Barrett S. Stratton and baby Mould on the way, sisters; Marge (Bill) DeJonckheere, Agnes Petersman, Shirley Lampkin, Eileen (John) King. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his siblings Dorothy Alexander, Betty Flottman, Mary McDonald, Bernard, Lawrence and Gene Rosselot. Father Tom Bolte will celebrate the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at the St. Angela Merici Church - St. Patrick Chapel in Fayetteville. Family and friends may visit 4:00 to 7:00 PM Monday March 4th at Evans Funeral Home, Milford. Burial will follow in the St. Patrick Cemetery.
