Adam Dwayne Clark beloved son of Clayton and Barbara (nee Lucy) Clark; loving father of Gauge Clark, Gavin Clark, McKenna Clark and Paisley Clark; dear brother of Amy Lucy, Jason Clark, Jeremiah Goins, Marlena Clark and Ronnie Thompson; uncle of several nieces and nephews. Passed away July 30, 2022. Age 41. Residence Goshen, Ohio. Adam was a very talented artist specializing in tattoos. He loved his family. Visitation will be held at the Evans Funeral Home, 1944 St Rt 28, Goshen, OH 45122 on Thursday September 1, 2022 from 1:00 PM until time of memorial service at 3:00 PM at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be given to Evans Funeral Home to help with final expenses.
