Alfred "Al" Newton Jr selfless father of Luke Alfred Newton, Hannah Louise Newton, Tramaine Lamonte Smith and the late David Wayne Johnson; loving husband to Tammy Lynn (nee Huff) Newton; beloved son of Lola Faye (nee Howard) Newton and the late Alfred Newton Sr.; dear brother of Glenda Faye Newton. Welcomed at the gates of Heaven by loved ones and familiar faces on Sunday May 22, 2022 at the age of 54 years. Residence Milford, Ohio. Al served as General Secretary and Treasurer of the Church of God Mountain Assembly from 1996 - 2002. He pastored for several years at various churches. Al has been in ministry for 31 years. Visitation will be held at the Goshen Church of God, 1675 Hill Station Rd., Goshen, OH 45122 on Thursday May 26th from 10:30 AM until time of funeral service at 12:00 PM at the church. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Miamiville, OH.
