Newman, wife of the late Leo Newman, devoted mother of Leon (Betty) Simmons, Christine (Leroy) Proud, Nathan Simmons, Barry Simmons and Terry Newman, grandmother of 11 and 1 late grandchild, great-grandmother of several, dear sister of Robert Manning, Lewis Manning, Cordia Maxwell, Mary George and Katherine George, preceded in death by 6 brothers and sisters. Passed away on November 10, 2022 at the age of 83. Family will receive friends at Evans Funeral Home, 1944 State Route 28, Goshen, on Friday, November 18th from 1:30 PM until time of memorial services beginning at 2:00 PM.
