Allen R. Birkle

Allen R. Birkle, age 75 of Miami Township, passed Wednesday, February 10, 2016 at the Bethesda North Hospital in Montgomery. He was born November 16, 1940 in Cincinnati, the son of Charles and Wilma Fischer Birkle. He is a graduate of Milford High School and retired from Cincinnati Milacron as an electrical foreman. On Aug. 6, 1960 he married his wife of 55 years, Marilyn Curless Birkle who survives along with his son, Roger Birkle and daughter & son-in-law Rae-Jean & Michael Hargraves, grandchildren, Christopher & Matthew Hargraves and Elise Birkle, siblings and spouses, Ron & Sue Birkle, Robert Birkle, Cathie Spadling, Connie VanVuren, Rick Birkle, Jim & Theresa Birkle along with many nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be 1:00 PM Saturday, Feb. 13, 2016 at the St. Andrew Catholic Church, 552 Main St. Milford, Ohio 45150. Reverend Rob Waller will officiate, burial will follow in the Greenlawn Cemetery. Friends may call Saturday 11:30AM until 12:45PM at the Evans Funeral Home in Milford. Memorials may be made to the Heart Association or the Lung Association.
