Walters, Alta M., 86, passed March 21, 2019. Beloved wife of the late James L. Walters; Loving mother of Penny (Billy) Schmacher and Jerry (Lisa) Walters; Grandmother of Angie (Bill) Allen, Kerri Ann Duffey, Shannon Walters and Rachel Walters; Great-grandmother of Elliott White. Also survived her brother Leonard Westfall and sister Florence (Glen) Cloud, both from Xenia. Preceded in death by a sister Betty Osman and brother Herbert Westfall. Alta retired from Avon in Springdale in 1987. Services pending.
