Amber N Evans-Sill

Amber N. Evans-Sill, age 31, of Blanchester, passed Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at Bethesda North Hospital in Montgomery. She was Born September 27, 1986 in Wilmington, Ohio the daughter of Frank L and Virginia "Gin" Abner Evans. She had been employed at Angilo's in Blanchester. She is survived by her husband, Maxwell Sill, father; Frank L. Evans, mother and stepfather; Gin & Ron Blackburn,, son; Robert Leonard Surface, grandmother; Elfriede Evans, brother; Franklin L. Evans Jr. half sister; Wednesday Evans, half brother; Matt Sturgeon, and step brother; Christopher Lee Blackburn, aunt; Candice Benton & 4 maternal aunts, 3 maternal uncles, and a "slew of " cousins. She was preceeded in death by her grandparents; Pauline Abner and Leonard Evans. A private Memorial Service is being planned for a later date.
