PAYNE, Angela, beloved daughter of Bobby and Tammy Payne, dear sister of Brian Payne, cherished granddaughter of Shirley and the late James Gaskins, the late Earl Tim Payne and Sherry Behler, loving niece of Julie (Lee) Pipkin, Mike Payne, John Payne and Melody Bell, dear cousin of Justin and Jason Creef. Angela passed away Tuesday, July, 4, 2017 at the age of 25. A graveside service will be held at Greenlawn Cemetery in Milford, Ohio on Saturday, July 8, 2017 at 10:30 AM.
