It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Angela Lynn Peters, beloved wife, mother, sister, daughter, and friend, who departed this world on August 5, 2026, just days shy of her 48th birthday. Angela was born on August 15, 1978, in Cincinnati, Ohio, and lived her life with passion, grace, and an unwavering love for dance.
Angela went on to fulfill her dream of owning her own dance studio, Dancin' on Main, in Milford, Ohio. Her profound love for dance and choreography touched the lives of many. Angela collaborated with local high schools and youth theaters, inspiring countless students with her creativity and dedication to the art of dance.
Angela's generous spirit and infectious enthusiasm will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her loving husband, Matthew Peters, and their cherished daughters, Madison and Emma. Angela held her family close to her heart and is also survived by her devoted parents, Judith and Richard Gyarmati, her siblings Teresa (Ben) Peterson, Patti (Dan) Clifford and Richard Gyarmati Jr., and her treasured grandmother, Mary Jane Dean. She leaves behind a large and loving extended family, including sister-in-laws Sarah Wilkinson and Rachel (Dusty) Trine, along with numerous nieces and nephews: Hannah (Abbie) Dixie Hetherington, Noah Dixie, Kayla (Jeff) Peterson, Tiffanie (Kyle) Hartman, Renae Clifford, Evan Wilkinson, Aiden Wilkinson, Avery Trine, and Jayce Trine. She is also lovingly remembered by many devoted aunts, uncles, friends, and dance students whose lives she enriched through her passion.
Angela was preceded in death by her brother-in-law Patrick Wilkinson, her grandfather Donald Dean, her step-mother in law Sandy Peters, and her niece Brianna Dixie.
A visitation for Angela will be held at Eastside Christian Church (5874 Montclair Blvd, Milford, OH 45150), on Monday, August 10, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service celebrating her life will occur the following day, Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the church. Interment will take place at Evergreen Cemetery in Miamiville following the service.
Following the interment, family and friends are invited to gather for a reception with food at the Little Miami Event Center from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Pan Can (Pancreatic Cancer Action Network) in honor of Angela's courageous battle.
Angela's light will forever shine through those she inspired and loved, and her legacy will continue to dance in the hearts of many.
