Angela Nicole Wilson

Angela Nicole " Nikki" Wilson (nee Addison), beloved daughter, sister, mother, and grandmother, passed away peacefully on January 28, 2025, at the age of 50. Born on July 12, 1974, Nikki lived her life with a vibrant spirit and a heart full of love. She was an inspiration to all who knew her, a true overcomer who fought valiantly against the physical challenges life presented her.

Nikki had an infectious love for comedy, often dreaming of sharing her laughter and joy as a stand-up comedian. Her laughter was a ray of sunshine that brightened the lives of her family and friends, who will forever cherish the sound of her joyous spirit. Known for her creativity, she could often be found painting on her phone app, finding beauty in the little things and bringing smiles to those around her-especially with her whimsical affinity for googly eyes.

A devoted caregiver, Nikki poured love into everything she did, particularly in her cooking, which she prepared in abundance for gatherings, ensuring no one ever went hungry. Her heart was as big as her generous servings. She enjoyed spending time at local parks, where she would listen to music, soaking in the moments that made life special alongside dear friends and family.

Nikki is survived by her loving daughter, Kasondra (Ryan) Henderson; son, Vincent Wilson; sisters, Mary Penwell and sister from another mother, Pamela Spencer; and cherished grandchild, Kevin Henderson and her brother-in-law, Kyong Clawson. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Her love and warmth will forever resonate in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.

Friends and family are invited to a visitation at Evans Funeral Home, in Milford, on February 4, 2025, from 6-8 PM. A funeral service to celebrate Nikki's remarkable life will be held on February 5, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the Funeral Home. Following the service, Angela will be laid to rest at Williamsburg Cemetery.

In remembrance of Nikki, let us carry on her legacy of love, laughter, and kindness. Her spirit will continue to inspire us all as we cherish the beautiful memories she has left behind.

Nikki was preceded in death by her parents James and Gladys Addison, and her sisters Jaclyn Clawson and Laura Padgett.
