Annetta Stover Galloway, age 83, of Milford, Ohio, passed away Sunday, August 30, 2026, at Optimized Senior Living in Loveland, Ohio.
Mrs. Galloway was born October 26, 1942, in Ameagle, Raleigh County, West Virginia, to the union of William Clarence Stover and Viva Cleo Stover. She was united in marriage to Billy Dean Galloway on December 13, 1958, at First Christian Church in Beckley, West Virginia. She was a realtor in the Greater Cincinnati Area, having worked for Century 21, Coldwell Banker, and finishing her career with Sibcy Cline. Her greatest joy was found in spending time with her family. She was proud of all of her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Mrs. Galloway was a member of Grace Baptist Church in Milford. She was generous with her time and heart for many charities, such as Wounded Warrior Project, Special Olympics, Teen Challenge Ranch and many others.
Annetta Stover Galloway is survived by one brother, Alton Stover of River Rouge, Michigan, and one sister, Patricia Beverly of Ameagle, West Virginia, and by the following children: Kimberly Galloway Tomberlin and husband Drew of Clarkston, Georgia; Lynn Galloway Ashley and husband John of Chattanooga, Tennessee; Gail Galloway of Loveland, Ohio; Deana Galloway Schneider and husband Steve of Glendale, Ohio; and Barry Galloway and wife Karen of Defiance, Missouri. Mrs. Galloway is also survived by the following grandchildren: Colin Fitzgerrel and wife Alicia, Kyle Fitzgerrel and wife Rosie, Kelsey Fitzgerrel and wife Lauren, Arron Gray and wife Katie, Alex Gray, Cory Sutter, Ty Sutter, Dane Galloway, and Max Galloway. She is also survived by the following great-grandchildren: Nolan Fitzgerrel, Warner Fitzgerrel, Lydia Gray, Deckard Gray, Pax Fitzgerrel, Watson Fitzgerrel, Audrey Fitzgerrel, Lyra Grandon, Rosalia Grandon, and Lucia Grandon. Mrs. Galloway is survived by a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, family and friends.
In addition to her parents, Annetta Stover Galloway was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Billy Dean Galloway; her daughter, Billie Galloway Gray; her grandson, Zachary Sutter and granddaughter, Samantha Galloway Grandon, as well as the following brothers and sisters: Woodrow Stover, Floyd Stover, William Stover, Nancy Stanley, Glenna Bowne, Freada Thompson, Loretta Hodge, Margie Workman, and Wanda Massey.
Funeral services for Annetta Stover Galloway will be held on Thursday, September 3, 2026, at Grace Baptist Bible Church, 1004 Main Street, Milford, Ohio 45150. Friends may call at the church beginning at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Grace Baptist Bible Church. Evans Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
