Arthur F. Carpenter, beloved husband of the late Patricia Ostholthoff Carpenter, father of Tressa Bowyers, brother of Judith Sharp and Janice Shytle, brother in law to Don (Laura) Ostholthoff, Dale Ostholthoff and Mary (late Bill) Jones, also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends. Passed away on August 22, 2020 at the age of 69 years. He was a resident of Goshen. Family will receive friends at Evans Funeral Home, 1944 State Route 28, Goshen, on Saturday, August 29th from 9 AM until time of services beginning at 10 AM. Burial will follow at St. Mary Cemetery in St. Bernard.
