Passed away Friday, November 20, 2020, age 64, residence Milford, OH. The family will receive friends Friday, November 27, 12:30 - 1:30 PM at Evans Funeral Home, Milford, followed by a 2 PM graveside service at Rest Haven Memorial Park, Evendale, OH
