FANNIN, Barbara A. (nee McKinney) - Beloved wife of 24 years to Rufus L. Fannin; Devoted mother of Erin Fannin; Loving daughter of Charles R. McKinney and Roberta A. McKinney (nee Lehmkul); Dear sister of Rebecca (Curtis) Herkert, Patrick A. (Amy) McKinney, Douglas E. (Cindy) McKinney, Brian C. McKinney; Barbara will be missed by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews and by those who knew and loved her. Barbara passed away Thursday November 29, 2018, Age 59; Resident of Goshen, Ohio; Visitation will be at Evans Funeral Home 741 Center Street Milford, Ohio Thursday December 6, 2018 from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM with a Memorial Blessing Service at 7:30 PM.
