Beloved husband of the late Melanie Ballard (nee Braun); Loving brother of Patricia Kahles; Cherished uncle of Mike & Steve Kahles; Dear friend of Fred & Connie Batts and Breane Madama. Preceded in death by his parents Benjamin F. Ballard and Margaret Ballard (nee Martin). Visitation Saturday January 14th 1:30 - 2:30 PM. Memorial Service with Navy honors 2:30 PM. All at Evans Funeral Home 741 Center St. Milford, Ohio. Memorials to the American Cancer Society.
