Betty Jane (nee Jones) Chapin beloved wife of the late Henry C. Chapin; loving mother of Frank (Tammy) Chapin, David Chapin , Kenneth (Carole) Chapin and the late Dennis Chapin; 8 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren; dear sister of Marcella Bice and the late Rosemary Kiser. Passed quietly in her sleep on Wednesday February 8, 2017. Age 87. Residence Milford.
