Betty J. Fetter (nee Wiggins). Passed away October 22, 2022 at the age of 95. She was preceded in death by her husband of 69 years, Earl Edward Fetter, parents Carl & Helen Wiggins, sisters Mary Beamer and Ruth Meguire and her brother Lewis Wiggins Sr. Survived by brother John Wiggins, God-Daughter Stacie Hawley, and many nieces and nephews. Interment at Greenlawn Cemetery, Graveside services November 1, 2022 at 11:00 am.
