Betty Jane Morse

Betty Jane Morse, age 85 of Milford, died Saturday, August 20, 2016 at the Clermont Nursing and Convalescent Center. She was born September 24, 1930 in Cincinnati the daughter of Frank and Augusta Koester Laake. In October of 1951, she married Richard Wagner Morse who preceded her in death on June 12, 2016. She is survived by her children & spouses, Don & Vicki Morse, Joanne & John Stockton, James & Lynn Morse, Kathy & Justin Slusher, and Richard & Reti Morse, 15 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and a brother, Louis Laake. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Bonnie and 6 siblings, Frank "Bud", Alvin, Frances, Ruth, Lillian and Charlotte. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 AM, Friday, August 26, 2016 at the St. Andrew Church, 552 Main St, Milford. Rev. Chris Geiger will celebrate the Mass. Burial will follow in the Greenlawn Cemetery in Milford. Family & friends may call 6:00 to 8:00 PM, on Thursday, Aug. 25th at the Evans Funeral Home in Milford. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to St. Vincent de Paul in care of St. Andrew Church
