Billie Jo Brown (nee Hale), beloved wife of Bill Brown, mother of Allen Isaac Brown and McKinzie Jayann (Richard) Wiess, step mother to Karen Sue Mofford, grandmother of Joey Wiess, daughter of the late Allen Douglas Hale Sr. and the late Rosia Lee Hale, sister of Betty Jean Twyman, Bobbi Jayann Daniels, the late Allen Douglas Hale Jr., the late Harvey Earl Hale and the late Connie Lee Hale. Passed away, August 23, 2016 at the age of 60 years. She was a resident of Blanchester, Ohio. Family will receive friends at Evans Funeral Home, 1944 State Route 28, Goshen, on Thursday, August 25th from 9:30 AM until time of funeral services beginning at 10:30 AM. If so desired, memorial donations may be made to the Blanchester Library in her name.
