Billie G. Linkous, wife of the late John F. Linkous, devoted mother of Margaret Jane Moore, Gary Newton Perkins and the late Ernest Ricky Perkins, loving grandmother of 8, Great-grandmother of 9. Passed away on December 1, 2018 at the age of 92. She was a resident of Blanchester, Ohio. Family will receive friends at Evans Funeral Home, 1944 State Route 28, Goshen, on Friday, December 7th from 11 AM until time of funeral services beginning at 12 PM. Burial will follow at Johnsville Cemetery in Bracken County, Kentucky at 3 PM.
