Billie Sue Wiggins

Billie Sue Wiggins (nee Shepherd), wife of the late Ronald Frank Wiggins devoted mother of Sonja, Phillip, Donald and Louise Wiggins, loving grandmother of Sonja Wiggins, Madeline Hatter, Ashley Gee and Kelsey Evers, great grandmother of Nevaeh, Jordan, Lily, Emily, Katelynn and Aden, dear sister of Nadine Cornett, Loraine Dawson, James Shepherd, Richard Shepherd, Imogene Jones and the late Donald and Bobbie Shepherd. Passed away on April 20, 2017 at the age of 80 years. She was a resident of Goshen, Ohio. Family will receive friends at Evans Funeral Home, 1944 State Route 28, Goshen on Monday, April 24th from 11 AM until time of funeral services beginning at 12 Noon.
