Beloved wife of the late Horace Blizard; Loving mother of Kenneth Blizard, Cheryl (Larry) Pester and Edward (Dawn) Blizard; Cherished grandmother of Amanda (Rob) Ruppert, Andrew (Julie) Pester and Zachariah Blizard; Great-grandmother of Madelyn and Katie Ruppert. Visitation Wednesday September 21st 1 - 2 PM. Funeral 2 PM. All at Evans Funeral Home 741 Center St. Milford, OH.
