Bobby J. Dobbs was born on October 1, 1945, to Hastel and Gertrude (Keeton) Dobbs in Oneida, Tennessee. He is survived by his wife Cynthia (Cindi) Dobbs, sons Randall (Randy) Dobbs, Phillip Dobbs (Crystal), Joe Schneider (Melissa), daughter Karen Schneider-Spade (Dean), grandchildren Julia, Chloe, Eva, and Jasper, great-granddaughter Elizabeth, sister Brenda Burke (Lester) and brother Charles. A professional spelunker, this passion took him to exploring caves in Guatemala and China.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, April 29th at 1:00PM at Williams Corner Church of God, 6162 SR-132 in Goshen.
