Cherished daughter of William Stivers and the late Dorothy Spahr-Stivers; loving mother of Rodney (Michelle) Dutlinger and Renee (Michael) Howell; dear grandmother of Christian, Kaylee, Courtney, Khloe, Elizabeth, Kamryn and Jasmine; great-grandmother of Jayden. Preceded in death by husband Larry Slater.
