Burlene W. Dils

Burlene W. Dils, age 90, of Batavia, passed away Monday, February 5, 2018 at her residence. She was born May 10, 1927 in Vonore, Tennessee, the daughter of Chester and Dora West. She was a homemaker and her husband, Arthur E. Dils preceded her in death March 28, 1982. She is survived by her daughter, Norma Smith, granddaughters; Stephanie (Deron) Breeze, Janet (Kevin) Stewart, great-grandchildren; Bryan (Heather), Jared, Ellie, William, Avery and Elijah, great-great granddaughter; Ruby. Along with her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her 8 siblings. A local visitation will be 5:30 to 7:00 PM Friday, February 9, 2018 at the Evans Funeral Home in Milford. Another service in her hometown will be 2:00 PM Sunday February 11, 2018 at the Biereley-Hale Funeral Home, 4650 Hwy. 411, Madisonville, TN 37354. There will be a visitation from 1 to 2 PM at the Tennessee Funeral Home.
