Passed away Friday, February 3, 2017, age 27, residence Milford, OH. Mass of Christian Burial St. Andrew Church, Milford, Wednesday, February 8, 11 AM, the family will receive friends on Tuesday at Evans Funeral Home in Milford from 6-8 PM. Memorial donations may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Association.
