Carl Richard Deeter was born on July 24, 1938 to the late Lester R. and Vera (Nee Deboard) Deeter. Loving husband of 63 years to Karen (Nee Hisle) Deeter; Dear father of Michael Richard (Leslie) Deeter and Elaine (Ralph Raphael) Berry; Cherished grandfather of Carli, Ryan, Emily, Cheyenne and Autumn; Great-grandfather of Aria, Amara, Lyris, Micah, Samira and Rin; Brother of Lester Deeter. Along with his parents, Carl is preceded in death by his siblings Eileen Franz, Maxine Hudson, Betty Cake and Nellie Deeter.
Carl had a desire to work with his hands and help his community. He loved woodworking, worked at Wayne Township Fire & Rescue for 6 years, and was the Assistant Scout Master for the Blanchester boy scouts.
Carl passed away on Tuesday, April 4, 2023 at the age of 84. Resident of Pleasant Plain.
A visitation will be held on Friday, April 7, 2023 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Funeral service will begin at 12:30 PM. Burial will follow at Blanchester I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
