Carl Edwin Ritter

Carl Edwin "Sonny" Ritter, 86, passed July 5, 2021. Beloved husband of Ada Mae Ritter (nee Adams); Loving father of Carl Jerome (Vickie), Robert Anthony (Cheryl), George Edward and Ronald Andrew Ritter. Also survived by 7 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by parents Carl A and Rosemary Ritter, sister Vera and mother in Florence Adams.
Carl began his career in 1958 hauling milk and water. In 1966 he was "Water King in the State of Ohio" hauling more water than anyone else in Ohio. He formerly owned Ritter Oil Company, Ritter Equipment and farmed. Carl served Wayne Township for 24 years as a Trustee and township clerk.
He will be missed and loved by many. Friends and family are invited to the funeral 1 PM Friday July 9th with visitation starting at 11 AM. All at Evans Funeral Home 741 Center St. Milford, Ohio. Entombment to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
