Williams, Carl E., 89, passed November 23, 2017. Beloved husband of the late Billie June Williams (nee Richardson): Dear brother of Jack Williams, Bonnie Heatherly, and Calleen Howard. Preceded in death by siblings Rose Robson, Kathleen Bessey, Tommy Williams, Leroy Williams and Hilda Clark. Survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation Tuesday November 28th 10 - 11 AM. Funeral at 11 AM. All at Evans Funeral Home 1944 State Route 28 Goshen, OH. Burial with Military Honors to follow at Greenlawn Cemetery Milford, OH.
