Carlos Fletcher Flanigan

Flanigan, Carlos Fletcher beloved husband of JoAnn Flanigan of 4 years and late Wanda Flanigan for 62 years, loving father of Mark (Susan) Flanigan Sr., Mike (late Carol) Flanigan, Carla Osborne and his dog Emma, Papaw of 12 grandchildren, Great Grandfather of 14 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents King and Virginia Flanigan and late wife Wanda Flanigan.

Carlos remarried in July 2020 to JoAnn Flanigan. They lived in Fort Worth, Texas. Carlos and JoAnn enjoyed attending church, playing cards, fishing, and going to the casino together. He was blessed as a father to Karen (Mike) Overstreet, Thomas (Karen) Settles, and Teri Settles, numerous grandchildren, and great grandchildren who he loved dearly.

Carlos passed away Sunday, March 31, 2024, age 86, residence Fort Worth, Texas. Services will take place at Evans Funeral Home, Milford, Tuesday, April 9, 2024 at 11 AM. The family will receive friends 10 AM until time of service. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Miamiville, OH.
