Carmen Sue Holland, beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on November 2, 2026, at the age of 68. She was born on October 5, 1958, in Cincinnati, Ohio, and spent her life nurturing her family and caring for those around her. Carmen will be remembered fondly by her daughter, Tamara (Brett) Buechner; her sons, Joe Kern, Gary (Amy) Kern, Randy Holland, and Colten Holland; and her cherished grandchildren, Matthaus Buechner, Alexis Buechner, Braxton Kern, Grayson Kern, Anabella Kern, Axel Thomas Combs, and Miley Catalina Sue Holland.

Carmen's quiet nature and compassionate spirit made her a treasured friend to many. She had a unique way of listening, often providing comfort through her warmth and understanding. Her humor lit up the lives of those lucky enough to know her, while her love for animals and passion for gardening reflected her nurturing heart. Carmen found joy in simple pleasures, whether it was watching her favorite television shows, going shopping, or indulging her family with her delicious home-cooked meals.
