KIRBY, CARMEN M. (nee WHITAKER) - Beloved wife of the late Ellsworth Kirby; Devoted mother of Gary (Janice) Whitaker, Jimmy Whitaker, Rodney Cannon, Tammy Kirby, Kimberly (Tom) Woodall, Little Jimmy(Amanda) Whitaker Jr., Shane (Jennifer) Nishikawa, and the late Bruce (Cindy) Kirby; Grandmother of 21 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and great- great grandchildren; Dear sister of Roy (the late Naomi) Whitaker, the late Revel (the late Charles) Campbell, and the late John (the late Wanda) Whitaker; Carmen retired from Keebler Company. She enjoyed travelling with family to many different destinations. In her spare time, she liked to go to yard sales and thrift store shopping, but she loved to go to the casino and play the penny slot machines. Carmen passed away Monday November 22, 2021, at her residence surrounded by her loving family at the age of 84 years. She was a resident of Batavia, Ohio. The family will receive friends at the Evans Funeral Home - Milford 741 Center Street Milford, Ohio 45150, Tuesday November 30, 2021, from 10:00 AM until time of funeral service at 11:00 AM. Pastor Miles Miller Jr. of Calvary Apostolic Church will be officiating. Burial to follow at Crown Hill Memorial Park in Pleasant Run, Ohio.
