Carol Ann Cook

Carol Ann Cook age 68, of Williamsburg, passed early Monday morning at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. She was born October 26, 1949 in Cincinnati the daughter of Woodrow and Vianna (nee Horn) Wilson. She was a self employed housekeeper. On December 17, 1994 she married her husband of 23 years, Eric Cook, who survives, along with her children and spouses; Angel (Guy) Patton, April (Ron) McCarthy, Kim (Doug) Barr, Bud Popp and Becky (Thomas Johnson) Pattison, grandchildren; Heather, Carol, Richard,Tyler, Wade, Jordan, Kayla, Bo, Kelsey, Ashley, Travis, Kiarra, Corey, Carol Ann, Joey, Nathan and Timothy; 14 great grandchildren. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her sister and brother-in-law; Betty & Dale Bruce. Services will be 1:00 PM Friday, October 26, 2018 at the Evans Funeral Home, 1944 State Route 28 in Goshen 45122 with visitation for family and friends from Noon until the time of service. Burial will follow in the Meyers Cemetery in Goshen Township.
