Carol Louise Haefner

Carol Louise Haefner, age 87, formerly of Milford, passed away on her birthday, February 7, 2020 at the Bethesda North Hospital. She was born February 7, 1933 in Covington, Kentucky the daughter of Edward Jacob and Grace Irene (nee Edmonds) Kosiol. Carol was a graduate of Holy Cross High School, received her Registered Nurse's Degree from the St. Elizabeth School of Nursing and enjoyed many years with Bethesda Oak Hospital and retired from Dr. Lowe's Milford Office. She was a long time member of the St. Andrew Church and sang in the choir. On November 28, 1953, Carol married her husband of 66 years, Arthur P. Haefner, who survives along with their children, Carol Haefner, Randy (Anna Marie) Haefner, Barbara (Leslie) Haefner, Theresa (Matthew) Barnes, Mary (Douglas) Hall, grandchildren; Tyler Smyth, Jordan Jordan, Coy Barnes, Nickie Chapin, Shelly Barnes, Sarah Haefner, Jake Haefner, 8 great-grandchildren, a sister; Eda Grace Perry, nephews; David & Mark and nieces; Susan & Barbara. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11AM, February 11, 2020 at the St. Andrew Church 552 Main St. Milford, 45150. Reverend Chris Geiger sand Deacon Tim Schutte will celebrat the Mass. Inurnment will be in the St. Andrew Cemetery. There will be no visitation. In lieu of flowers memorials, may be directed to the American Heart Association
