Carolyn L. Dalton

With heavy hearts, we mourn the passing of Carolyn L. Dalton on April 1, 2024. Carolyn was born on August 5, 1941, in Cincinnati, Ohio to Herbert and Myrtle Lorraine Ruffley and her love knew no bounds.

Carolyn touched the hearts of many with her warmth, compassion, and unwavering love for her family. She found joy in simple pleasures like cooking delicious meals, tending to her garden of vibrant flowers, and immersing herself in the words of the Bible. Her soul found solace in the soothing melodies of Christian music and the wisdom of the scriptures.

Carolyn is survived by her sons Robert Dalton and Michael Dalton, her grandchildren Christopher (Amanda) Dalton and Kelly (Carl) Lyttle, great-grandchildren Juistin, Kaytlen, Trevor, Shayne, Carl V, Bryce, Evan and Dakota. She is preceded in death by her parents and daughter Jennifer Dalton as well as her brother Herb Ruffley.

A woman of faith and grace, Carolyn's presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her. A visitation will be held at Evans Funeral Home, Milford, on Friday, April 12th from 12 PM until time of funeral services beginning at 1 PM. As we gather to celebrate her life, let us remember the love and light she brought into our lives.

In her memory, let us continue to cherish the moments she shared with us and carry forward her legacy of love and kindness. Carolyn may have left this world, but her spirit will live on in the hearts of those who had the privilege to know her.
