Carrie Jallick

Carrie Jallick, age 92, of Blanchester passed Saturday, March 11, 2017 at the Continental Manor Nursing Home in Blanchester. She was born Aug. 4, 1924 in Corbin, Kentucky the daughter of Richard and Laura Robinson Smith. Her husband whom she married May 9, 1940 preceded her in death in 1989. Carrie loved travel and fishing, along with bingo and gambling. She is survived by her children; Jeanie (Bob) Ordinway, Terrie (John) Koeppe, Joyce Higgins, son-in-law, Jerry Kinner, grandchildren; Rhond Lachtrop-Smith, James Lachtrop, Kimberly Lachtrop, Johnny Ray Higgins, Carrie Marie Higgins, Scott Kinner, Kelly Kinner Garrett, Paul Koeppe and Holly Koeppe, great grandchildren;Michael, Matthew and Sarah Smith, Jennifer Lachtrop, Josh Holley, Shawn, Anthony and Brittany Merrill, Alyssa & Arianna & Brandon Higgins, Caleb and Colton Garrett, Chloe & Cienna Koeppe, Lucas & Karlee Noe, Jaxon Bowen, great-great grandchildren; Dean & Azden. brother; George Smith. Along with her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her daughter, Brenda Kinner and 10 siblings. Services will be 10:30AM Friday, March 17, 2017 at the Evans Funeral Home, 1944 St. Rt. 28, Goshen 45122 with visitation for family and friends on Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Burial will be in the Arlington Memorial Gardens in Mt. Healthy. Memorials may be made to the Continental Manor Center, 820 E. Center St. Blanchester, OH 45107
