Catherine M. Kercsi

Catherine M. Kercsi (86) beloved wife of the late John L. Kercsi passed away on April 12, 2018 surrounded by family. She was born in New Orleans, Louisiana and lived in Trumbull, Connecticut for many years before moving to Milford, Ohio in 1981. She was office manager for J.C. Hontanosas, M.D. before retiring in 1998. She was pre-deceased by her parents Anastas and Winifred (Davies) Tacko; sister Dorothy Tacko; two brothers, George and William Tacko, all of Connecticut. She is survived by her daughters Janet (Jess) Hontanosas and Michele (Nooshzad) Neysari; six grandchildren, Parissa (Brian) Riggs, Michael Hontanosas, Alison (Derek) Wheeler, Matthew Hontanosas, all of Ohio and Ashley Nazzaro (Shane Everetts) of Connecticut. Also, six great-grandchildren, Madelyn and Emery Riggs of Ohio, Alex and Sophia Morgillo of Connecticut, Rylee Everetts of Connecticut, and Luke Wheeler of Ohio.
Visitation 6 to 8PM, Mon. Apr. 16, 2018 at Evans Funeral Home, 741 Main Street, Milford, Ohio. Mass of Christian Burial 9 AM, Tues. April 17th, St. Andrew Church Entombment in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Cincinnati.
