Chad Michael Amann, beloved husband of Amber Allen Amann, devoted father of Bryleigh Amann and Madalynn Amann, cherished son of Mark Amann and Karen Grant-Amann, dear brother of Chelsea Amann and David Amann, loving son in law to Penny Waugh. Passed away on October 27, 2015 at the age of 30. Family will receive friends at the Evans Funeral Home, 1944 State Route 28, Goshen, on Friday, October 30th from 11:30 AM until time of funeral services beginning at 1 PM. Burial will follow at Plainview Cemetery in Newtonsville.
