Charlanne Ingram Shinkle, wife of the late James LeRoy Shinkle, devoted mother of Lori (Russ) Tieman and Michelle (Bob) Brown, loving Grandma to Kyle (Samantha) Tieman, Casey (Jena) Tieman, Chris Brown, Becky Johnson, Stephen (Kara) Brown, Sarah Brown, great-grandma to Jace & Jude Brown, Alexandria Tieman, Levi, Ben & Riley Clock, dear sister of Suzanne Pottorf, Sharon Curless and Chuck Ingram. Passed away on October 22, 2022 at the age of 78 years. Family will receive friends at Evans Funeral Home, Milford, on Saturday, October 29th from 9:30 AM until time of services beginning at 10:30 AM. Memorial donations may be made to Trinity United Methodist Church.
