Charles N. Benson beloved husband of Rosemary (nee Heery) Benson and the late Dorothy "Dottie" (nee Gabbard) Benson; loving father of the late Barbara Leatherman and the late Donald (Beverley) Gilbert; Grandfather of Deena (Nishous) Golden, Patrick (Lisa) Gilbert, Shane (Crystal) Leatherman and Penny Jones; 9 Great grandchildren; dear brother of William Benson and Bea Rudd. He was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Annabelle (nee Mulligan) Benson; and siblings, Oleum Benson, Marlin Benson and Josie Nixon. Passed away Friday July 28, 2017. Age 90. Residence Goshen Township. Visitation will be Tuesday August 8th at the Evans Funeral Home, 1944 State Route 28, Goshen, OH from 1:00 PM until time of funeral service at 2:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial with military honors will follow at Graceland Memorial Gardens in Milford, OH.
