Bernert and Mabel Bernert-Bath (nee Dunlap); Passed away Monday June 6, 2016, age 61 years; A Celebration of Chuck's life will be Monday June 13, 2016 at Evans Funeral Home - Milford 741 Center Street Milford, Ohio 45150 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM; Remembrances may be made in his name to American Cancer Society.
