"Chuck" - Beloved life partner of Linda Norton; Loving brother of Barbara Cunningham, and Lori (Brett) Cunningham; Chuck will be missed by family and friends and those who knew and loved him; He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles E. Bernert and Mabel Bernert-Bath (nee Dunlap); Passed away Monday June 6, 2016, age 61 years; A Celebration of Chuck's life will be Monday June 13, 2016 at Evans Funeral Home - Milford 741 Center Street Milford, Ohio 45150 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM; Remembrances may be made in his name to American Cancer Society.
